“I joined Beometry Boot Camp without knowing what to expect and wanted a challenge. I go to the YMCA regularly but wasn’t pushing myself as hard as I could. All I knew was that I needed to be ready mentally and physically to withstand the challenges that come with an intense boot camp program. On my first day I was pretty anxious since I didn’t know anyone but I felt immediately welcomed. The boot camp trainers were super cool. I didn’t feel intimidated or pressured in any way. The trainers in the boot camp sessions paid close attention to each individual’s form and style to ensure that we get the best out of our workout. I needed that the most since I have horrible form and mostly didn’t know what the heck I was even doing. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this boot camp fat loss program. I saw results because I showed up 3x/week and paid attention to what I was eating. Isaac (the owner) is also so approachable, easy-going, and professional. Thanks for an amazing boot camp experience.
